The story of Ray Boltz (click here) or (here) really got me thinking about this.So - here are some questions I have been asking myself about homosexuality, salvation, and the Bible. Are there homosexuals in heaven? Are there homosexuals on earth, that are part of God’s elect? If there was a person in your church that was a member and had fallen into sexual sin with the person of the same sex and confessed it, what steps would you take to minister to this person? If there was a person in your c

For years I have heard evangelicals dispute what some in the medical community believe: That sexual orientation is genetic. In other words, the medical community would say that homosexuals (or many of them) are born that way. Many evangelicals (Bible-believing Christians) hold to a view that says something like this, “God would not make anyone that way, therefore they must be learning this behavior and choosing this orientation”. I hope that I am saying that correctly, but I think it is pretty

Today we checked out the CMSL (railroad) in Cape May and hiked from the station at Washington Ave to the canal. I am not sure how far this is, but it was good exercise. We left home at 8:00, had breakfast at Denny’s in Pleasantville, and arrived in Cape May around 10:30. We also played some video games in Ocean City. I used the camera a received for Christmas, the Nikon D60. Jason and Joshua used the GPS on the Samsung Rant that I gave them for Christmas. You can view our photos here, and some i

Here are some random thoughts about Romans chapter 1 and homosexuality. This is my effort to find some practical application beyond the fear and shock we all experience when faced with this topic. This is from January 17th, 2008•	I agree that the homosexual agenda appears to be advancing, and it does offend me, but I am not convinced that my “offense” is making any difference.o	My taking offense will not change anyoneo	Other Christians already agree with meo	Simply talking about our “views

Glad you asked! Here is a working document that captures the essence of what we are trying to do....
Goals•	For Christian men to have a presence in their community •	An opportunity for men to build friendships with other men from different churches •	To dig deeper into the Word in an informal setting. It should be OK for men to really hash out and even debate some doctrines and develop a passion for God. •	Accountability and prayer support •	Help men become better heads in their families
